INGREDIENTS
Linguine pasta
Prawns
Salt and pepper to taste
1 thumb ginger
1/2 cup spring onion chopped
Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup pasta water
Chillie flakes optional
4 cloves of garlic minced
Oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
For the spring onion pesto
1. In a mortal and pestle put the ginger and spring onions minced it there until become soft.
2. In a skillet heat 4 tbsp of oil then transfer it to the minced spring onion and ginger to infuse the flavour. Set aside
INTRODUCTION
1. Cook the pasta according to the label.
2. Before you drain the pasta set aside 3/4 cup of pasta water.
3. In a skillet heat 3 tbsp oil then saute the garlic until fragrant. Add the prawns and cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Put in the oyster sauce and the soy sauce mix it well then add in the cooked pasta. Mix well then pour in the pasta water and salt n pepper to taste.
5. Lastly add the infuse spring onion pesto stir well and put parmesan cheese mix well.
6. Sprinkle with some more parmesan cheese on top then serve while it's still hot.Enjoy
