INGREDIENTS
500g minced beef or any meat u prepared
1 big onion minced
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup breadcrumb
1 egg
SAUCE
1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp sugar
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix well to be well incorporated.
3. Put parchment paper into the baking tray. Then scoop 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll it like a ball. U can use a cookie dough scoop.
4. Bake the meatballs for 10 t0 15 minutes or until turns golden brown.
5. Meanwhile in sauce pan heat the oil and saute the onion. Then pour in the Barbecue sauce stir well then followed by the other ingredients. Wait until the sauce thickened maybe around 8 mins then transfer the meatballs to sauce and mix it well.
