Bake Salmon in Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes


INGREDIENTS 
3 to 4 pcs salmon fillet
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
French bean
Cherry tomatoes 
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp pesto sauce

METHOD 
1. Wash the salmon and pat dry with paper towel.

2. In a bowl mix together the garlic powder, salt, pepper.

3. Season the salmon with the mixture.

4. With the remaining mixture season it to the french bean and cherry tomatoes then drizzle with olive oil.

5. In a baking tray place a aluminium foil and layer the french beans. Then put on top the salmon skin down. Scattered the cherry tomatoes and put the pesto sauce on top of each salmon.

6. Bake it for 20 minutes covered and another 8 minutes uncovered.
