INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh cilantro
3-5 pcs chicken whole thigh
1 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp oregano powder
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small green bell pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
METHOD
1. Wash the chicken and fat dry with paper towel. Seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper then set aside.
2. Put all the marinade ingredients into the blender and blender it until smooth.
3. In a big mixing bowl transfer the chicken and pour in the mixture. Massage the mixture into the chicken for 5 minutes. Cover the mixing bowl and marinate it for atleast 3 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 450 C
5. Transfer the chicken into a baking including the sauce of the marinade. Cover with aluminium foil. Bake for 45 minutes with cover then another 15minutes without cover.
