INGREDIENTS
250 g sphagetti noodles
5 pcs fresh tomatoes diced
1 big onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
Salt
Pepper
2 cans tuna flakes in olive oil
4 tbsp olive oil plus extra
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup parmesan cheese plus extra for garnishing
1 lemon
METHOD
1. Cook the pasta a cording to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan heat the olive oil and saute the onion until translucent and fragrant. Add in the garlic saute for 1 minute then pour in the fresh tomatoes cook it for 5 to 6 minutes or until the tomatoes become soft.
3. Add the tuna including the oil from it. Season with salt and pepper stir well and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the pasta and mix well add in the oregano and parmesan cheese. Lastly before u serve squeeze the lemon.
