INGREDIENTS
500 g minced mutton or beef
1 onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coriander powder
8 pcs dried apricots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mix veggies
2 tbsp tomato paste or puree
3 tbsp oil or ghee
1/2 water
METHOD
1. In a saucepan heat the oil and saute the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and turmeric saute for 4 minutes.
2. Pour in the minced mutton saute for 5 minutes then add the cumin, coriander,paprika and apricots. Stir well saute for 7.minutes.
3. Add the tomato paste and water cooked for 10.minutes then lastly add the mix veggies seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for another 7 minutes.
4. You can add chilli if u like and fresh coriander leaves.
