INGREDIENTS
For the crust:
3 frozen prata
For the filling:
2 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup milk
A pintch of nutmeg
* butter for spread the tart molder
METHOD
1.Make the egg custard by mixing all the ingredients then strain the egg mixture and keep in the fridge while you preparing the crust.
2. Get the frozen prata using the molder cut the prata and shape it inside the molder. Put in fridge for about 7.minutes.
3. Pour 2 1/2 tbsp of the egg mixture to the crust then bake it for 20 minutes in 250 F.
