INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 fillet salmon
Salt and pepper
Spinach
2 1/2 tbsp pesto
1/2 cup cherry tomato
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion finely chopped
200 mk cooking cream room.temperature
METHOD
1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper set aside.
2. In a cooking pan heat the olive oil and pan fry the salmon for 3 mins each sides. Set aside.
3. In same pan heat the butter then saute the onion until translucent then add in the cherry tomato. Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Add in the cooking cream simmer for 4 4 minutes then add in the spinach cook it until the spinash becomes witty then add in the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes.
