INGREDIENTS
2 cans tuna flakes in oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp pesto with basil
Chilli flakes optional
Fresh parsley leaves
Pasta (any kind)
METHOD
1. Cook the pasta according to instruction, then set aside.
2. In a skillet heat the oil in medium.heat and saute the onion and garlic until it turns translucent.
3. Pour in the tuna with the oil cook for 1 min then add in the pesto stir well.
4. Add in the pasta a d stir well to combine put salt and pepper to taste and the chillie flakes. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
