INGREDIENTS
2 packs of konjae noodles
1 pack sliced fish cake
150 g minced beef/ chicken
Pepper
Spinach
Cabbage
Carrots
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2bsp oil
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
2 shallot finely chopped
METHOD
1. Wash and drain the noodles set aside.
2. Cut the carrots into strips or u can sliced it withe the peeler. Set aside, cut the cabbage set aside also.
3. In a small bowl mix together the oyster sauce, water, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil stir it well to combine.
4. In a skillet heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add in the minced beef saute for 3 minutes followed by the fish cake stir it well and cook for 1 minute. Add in the carrots and the sauce stir well and pour in the noodles. Stir well to absorbed the sauce put the spinach and cook it for anotherb3 minutes. Season with pepper.
