INGREDIENTS
Steam jasmine rice
Kimchi
Fried egg
1Carrots
1 Cucumber
Mushroom
3 tbsp Oil
Pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups minced beef
1 tbsp preserved black beans
1 tbsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds
3 tbsp lea perrins sauce
Spinach or bok choi
Spring onions
METHOD
1. Cut the carrots into thin strips saute in a small amount of oil. Set aside. Cut the cucumber set aside.saute the mushroom set aside. Saute the spinach or bok Choi then set aside.
2. Fried the eggs
3.in a pan heat the oil and saute the beef for 2mins then add in the preserve black beans stir it well cook for 2 mins. Pour in the lea Perrin sauce, soy sauce, sugar stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Assemble the bowl. Put 1 cup of rice followed by 1/4 of spinach, 1/4 of beef, some sliced of cucumber, carrot strips, mushrooms,1 pc fried egg, kimchi then garnish with sesame seeds and spri g onions.
