INGREDIENTS
3 pcs beef tenderloin steak
2 tbsp Lea and Perins (Worcestershire sauce)
Pepper
Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp sesame.oil
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp lemon zest
METHOD
1. Wash the meat and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Season with salt and pepper set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Add in the remaining ingredients and marinade it for atleast 2hrs.
4. In a iron cast pan melt the butter and pan seared the tenderloin steak 4 minutes each side or defense on your preference cook for the meat.
5. Transfer to a serving plate, you can serve it with mashed potato and mix veggies.
