It's simple to make but absolutely you will love the outcome of this recipe. You will live the juicy ness of the meatballs and the creamy mushroom sauce. Can serve it with pasta, rice or with fresh loaf.
INGREDIENTS
500 g ground beef
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbsp chicken stock
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp dried parsley
FOR THE SAUCE
200 g mushroom any kind (shitake , brown or white mushroom base on your preference)
2 cups heavy cream
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken stock
3/4 c parmesan cheese
1 onine finely chopped
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Combine all the ingredients using your hand so that you can get the fine soft texture of the meatballs.
2. Scoop a mixture and form it in ball shape then steam it for 10 -15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
3. In a skillet heat the butter and saute the onion until soften then put in the mushroom saute for 4 minutes. Pour in the cream stir cook for 2 minutes then add the chicken stock simmer for 7 minutes.
4. Add the cheese stir well and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickened already then put in the meatballs stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Transfer to a plate and serve with fresh loaf bread or pasta.
