Today's recipe is simple and sweet. Wonderfully flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon. This French Toast recipe will definitely up your breakfast and bring everyone to the table. Save it and make it again and again.
INGREDIENTS
4 -6 slice of bread
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
Butter
Maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
METHOD
1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, cinnamon, sugar. Set aside.
2. In a non stick skillet melt 1/2 tbsp of butter.
3. Once the Pan is heated, whisk your egg mixture once before before u soak one sliced of bread on both sides. Immediate transfer the bread to preheated skillet and cook until golden brown both sides. Repeat with remaining bread/egg mixture.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and topped with butter and maple syrup.
