This recipe is very easy to make.In just 25mins you will have a delicous and healthy dish.
INGREDIENTS
1 pack long beans cut into 3cm lenght
250 g firm tofu sliced
6 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp oyster sauce (i use vegeyarian oyster sauce)
2 tbsp sweet soya sauce
Oil
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
METHODS
* Wash the long beans
* In a fring pan heat the oil and fry the tofu until turns to golden brown. Transfer to a plate with paper towel set aside
* In the same pan saute the garlic until becomes golden brown and add in the longbeans saute for 7 mins then cover.
* Add in the tofu and the oyster sauce and sweet soya sauce stir well and seasin with pepper.
