This is simple and very easy meatballs to make. Healthy because this is white meat and steamed. Surely you will love the aroma and the taste of this meatballs.
INGREDIENTS
400 g ground chicken / beef
4 tbsp soysauce
4 cloves garlic grated
4 slice of fresh ginger finely chopped
3 tbsp beef stock
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 egg
Lime zest or lemon
Coriander leaves finely chopped
METHOD
1. In a big bowl put in all the ingredients and mix it well using your hand until well combined.
2. Kepp mixing it for 4minutes so the texture of the meat will be soft.
3. Scoop and roll the mixture into ur hand and form a ball.Place it into a plate that will fit into your steamer.
4. Stream for 10-12 minutes on a high heat.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion and serve.
