Sardine pasta recipe



Another dish for those who like sardine.This dish is not only simple and easy to make, this is delicious and healthy.You can make it spicy as well.
I love to serve this pasta with garlic bread.

INGREDIENTS
200 g sphagetti pasta 
(or any kind od pasta)
425 g sardine in tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
1 big onion finely chopped
1tsp oregano powder
1 tsp pepper
 1 yellow bell pepper finely sliced
1 red bell pepper finely sliced
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cups spinach (or dow mioa leaves)
1 tsp salt
2 red chilli

METHOD
1. Cook the pasta according to the package direction. Drain and set aside.

2. In a pan heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes or until the onion soften already.Add in the red chilli saute for 12 seconds.

3. Add in sardine smash a bit while your stirring it. Cook for 2minutes.then add in the bellpeppers stir well.Add pepper and salt stir then cook for 7 minutes or until the sauce a bit dry already.

4. Pour in your pasta toss it to be well combine.Season with oregano and parsley then pour in the lime juice mix well cook for 3minutes.

5. Transfer to a serving plate,serve with garlic bread.
