Looking for a healty dish,this recipe is for you. It is not only healthy but its very simple to make. Tasty and best paired with ateamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
200 g chicken breast fillet ( cubed)
85 g chicken liver (cut in small pieces)
1 can baby young corn ( cut into 3 pieces)
1 pack snowpeas
2 carrots (cubed)
1 large turnip (cubed)
12 pcs quail eggs (boiled)
1 onion finely sliced
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp fish sauce
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
METHOD
1. In a wok heat the butter and oil then saute the onion until soften then add in the garlic cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add in the chicken and liver stir and pour in the fish sauce saute for 4 minutes.
3. Put in the turnip, carrots and young corn stir it well and cook for 7 minutes. Add in the snowpeas, cream of mushroom and chicken broth stir it well cook for 6 minutes or until the sauce become thicked already. Season with pepper and add in the boiled quail eggs stir until all the ingredients well incorporated.
4.Transfer in a serving plate and serve with steamed rice.
