Delicious Japanese Chicken Curry recipe for your weekends.This recipe is cook with rich in savory sauce.I use the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix in Mild flavour.I just add in some ingredients tomake it more tastier.
INGREDIENTS
350 g chicken thigh fillet
2 onions finely chopped
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
2 large potatoes sliced
1 large carrots
4tbsp oil
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 1/2 cup of water
METHODS
* Slice the chicken and wash set aside
* In a skillet heat the oil saute the onion and garlic for about 2mins then add in the chicken and stir fry for 15 mins or until no longer pink in color
* Pour in the water stir well and pit the potatoes and cartots cover and simmer for about 15mins until the chicken and veghies are cook already then put 3 cubes of Golden Curry mic off the heat and stir well then simmer again for 5mins.
