Left over rice you can make it as a healty and delicious friedrice.This recipe is very simple and quick to make.You can make it also from.scratch.you will surely cant resist the fragrant,colorful and taste of this dish.
INGREDIENTS
3 cups left over rice
1 1/2 cup mix veggies
1 tsp tur.eeic powder
4 tbsp oil
Pepper
Salt
200g minced chicken
2 cups bokchoy/petshay
Spring onion to garnish
5 cloves garlic minced
METHOD
1. In a wok heat the oil then saute the garlic until it turns light brown.Add the minced chicken and turmeric powder stir and cook for 4 minites.
2. Add in the mix veggies stir and cook for 2 minutes then add in the rice stirring it well season with salt and pepper then cook for 7 minutes continioysly stirring it.Then add in the bokchoy and cool for e minutes. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
