INGREDIENTS:
* 3 cans of tuna (in oil or water)
* 1 1/2 tsp of salt
* 1 tsp of ground black pepper
* 1 small green bell pepper cut in small cubes
* 1 small red bell pepper cut in small cubes
* 3 tbsp mayonaise
* 3 cloves of garlic minced
* 1 onion finely chopped
* 1tsp sugar
* 1 pack of ready pastry sheet
* 2tsp of lemon juice
* 4tbsp of cooking oil
1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
METHODS
* Using a strainer drain the 3 cans of tuna then set aside
* Heat up the oil and saute the onion for 2mins followed by garlic
* Add in the red and green bell peppers saute it for 3mins and pour in the tuna cook for 5mins
* Add the mayonaise and lemon juice while contiously stirring it then add salt and pepper cook for 1min then lastly add the sugar cook for another 1min
* Transfer the tuna in a bowl and let it cokl down for 15min
* Cut the pastry puff sheet according to what size or shapes u wanted.
*Brush the sides of the pastry sheet and put 3 to 4 tbsp of the tuna and then fold it locked the sides of it by pressing it with a fork..
*In a oven tray put a parchnent paper and put the tuna puff on it give space for each puff.Egg wash the puffs
* Bake for 15mins or until becomes golden brown
