INGREDIENTS:
*4 tbsp cooking oil
* 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
* 1 onion finely chopped
* 1 green bell pepper
* 200 g squid (slice)
* 2 tomatoes (cubes)
* 1tsp chilli flakes (or according to taste)
* pinch of salt
* half cup of water
* 3 tbsp oyster sauce
* 2 tsp sugar
* parsley / coriander
* half cup of water
METHODS:
*Clean the squid and wash it with warm running water and pat dry with paper towels then set aside.
*In a skillet heat the oil and saute the onion for 2 minutes and follewed by garlic for another 1minutes
* Add in the tomatoes and cook for another 3mins
* Pour in the squid while continously stirring it then add in the oyster sauce and water.simmer for 5mins
* Now add the bell pepper, sugar and salt anf pepper to taste
* Serve it immediately
NOTE:
You can add fresh parsley or coriander before you serve it to add more taste.
