INGREDIENTS:
* 3 tsp calamansi juice
* salt and pepper
* 4 tbsp oyster sauce
* 3 tbsp cooking oil
METHODS:
* Wash and clean the fish with water and dry it with paper towel
* season fish with salt and pepper and set aside for 10mins
* pour in the calamsi juice on both side of the fish
* Season the fish with oyster sauce spread it gently all over to both side of the fish then set aside.
* Marinate it for atleast 30 to 1 hour before you fry it
NOTES:
YOU can also grill it instead of frying it and squeeze with calamsi or lime before u serve it
