An amazing flavor combination of garlicky, buttery goodness - so elegant and easy to make
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds tiger prawns (or any kind)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- black pepper (to taste)
- 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Parsley (optional)
Method:
- Remove scale and head of the prawns but keep the tail.
- Rinse the prawns with water and pat dry with paper towels then set aside.
- In a skillet melt the butter under medium heat.put in the garlic stirring it frequently until fragrance about 1 minute.
- Pour in the prawns while stirring it to combine for about 1 minute.
- Put the tomato ketchup and sugar while stirring continuously until become a bit thicker for about 1 minute
- served immediately, garnished with parsley.
